Shipping Destination

At this time, Pawder ships exclusively within the United States.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically:

  • 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections (where applicable), or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team, and we will gladly investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team. We will do our best to assist you, although Pawder cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damage

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
